  • Pet sitters and temporary fosters
    • Emergency Pet Foster (Cold Weather Shelter Support): Provide temporary overnight foster care for pets so clients experiencing homelessness can stay in shelter during freezing temperatures when pets are not permitted.
    • Recovery Support Pet Foster: Offer short term foster care for pets while clients enter detox or rehabilitation programs, removing a major barrier for individuals seeking freedom from addiction who consider their pets family.
    • Appointment Pet Sitter: Care for clients’ pets during essential appointments such as medical visits, job interviews, court dates, disability hearings, or other engagements where pets are not allowed, helping clients access critical services and opportunities.
    • Pet Support: Care for clients’ dogs during work hours so their owners can maintain employment, build savings, and move toward stable housing, offering compassion and practical support during a critical season.
