The Greater Hickory Cooperative Christian Ministry (GHCCM) Pharmacy offers qualified patients access to no-cost medications through patient assistance programs and partnerships with national organizations, area businesses, and wholesalers
HOURS OF OPERATION
The pharmacy fills prescriptions for eligible patients seen at GHCCM’s Medical Clinic, Kintegra Family Medicine, CVMC Claremont, Catawba Valley Health, Cognitive Connections, Catawba Valley Medical Group practices and many others. In addition, patients seen in the emergency departments, urgent cares, or other primary care or specialty practices can have prescriptions filled at the GHCCM pharmacy if they are eligible. The Pharmacy has 2 lists of medications for qualifying CCM patients. Tier 1 medications are donated and are dispensed at zero cost to the patient. Tier 2 medications require patients to pay a $4.00 or higher administrative fee. Differences in these administrative fees may change due to fluctuation in acquisition cost.
ELIGIBILITY
