GHCCM is moving from a traditional food pantry offering monthly supplemental food to a Healthy Food Options Center providing healthy foods and nutrition education for our patients seen in the GHCCM Medical Clinic. Healthy food options, nutrition education, along with regular medical care, have been proven to be powerful tools that increase healthy outcomes in diseases such as diabetes and hypertension.
Our goal is to offer the GHCCM Medical Clinic patients a direct pathway towards an overall healthier lifestyle. If you are not currently a patient of the Medical Clinic, we invite you to inquire about our services and qualifications to participate.
